After couple of my visits to Far Eastern countries, i am mostly perceived the lack of adequate hygienic materails such as soaps, detergents and napkins in shopping malls, bars, coffee shops, pubs in all those concerning cities of those countries. The best business is to open up a soap factory in those countries and sell most of those products to Far Eastern countries. Beware of thyphus, cholera, tb in those countries. Also street foods made me sick with dierreha really bad in the summer months. The smell of the foods are also disasterous. Thailand needs to be developed like western countries as the thai currency has really appreciated in couple of years and cities are very developed compared to middle east.
In Thailand , prices of food are also as high as Balkan countries and Middle East. 1 plate of steak is priced around 400 thai baht (15 USD),fish is also expensive around 250-300 baht(8-10 usd). In general Thailand has made advancements in her development and her citizen's salaries and wages. Foreign Direct Investment is also very high in the region . Average wages are between 250 USD-700USD per month nearly same as in Turkey. Cambodia is very attractive with 60USD/month monthly wage for investors.
As you know most of the electronic conglomerates are running factories in thailand because of lucrative and vibrant lifestyle and proximity to big markets.
